About the role
International insurance programs help companies protect their operations and employees across the world, making sure they have coverage wherever they do business. Domestic programs support businesses within Denmark, offering insurance solutions tailored to local needs. We serve both large and middle-sized companies, ranging from a variety of different industries. In this role, you’ll support our team in managing and delivering these programs, helping companies get the protection they need, both at home and abroad.
In this administrative position, you’ll manage insurance transactions, process premiums, and ensure accurate data entry for both international and domestic programs. You act as the main contact point, supporting smooth communication between Zurich, brokers, and customers. It requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage complex systems and processes on a daily basis.
This role offers hands-on experience in insurance and is a great opportunity to develop practical skills.
You will be hired on an hourly basis, and the working schedule will be flexible. We expect that you are able to work at the office approximately 2 days per week. We can offer this position for a period of one year, with the possibility of an extension.

Who we’re looking for

You have approximately two to three years remaining in your higher education studies, preferably within business administration.

Verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English, equivalent to C2 level, are required.

You are proactive, structured, and have curious mindset, with a passion for problem-solving.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to grow and learn together with your colleagues.

Administrative skills and proficiency in Excel will be beneficial.
